Japanese investors offered new opportunity to purchase life-saving vaccine bonds  The International Finance Facility for Immunisation Company (IFFIm), in collaboration with the GAVI Alliance, the World Bank and HSBC, will offer a new issue of “vaccine bonds” to Japanese retail investors.
